At Ginger Bee Timberworks, each item is handcrafted from natural wood, making every piece unique. We stand behind the quality of our work and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns & Exchanges (Non-Custom Items)
We accept returns or exchanges on non-custom items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition.

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Custom & Personalized Orders
Due to the personalized nature of custom work, all custom and engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will offer one of the following at our discretion:

• Replacement

• Repair

• Refund

Natural Wood Disclaimer
Wood is a natural material, and variations in grain, color, and texture are normal and part of what makes each piece unique. These variations are not considered defects.

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production may have already begun.

Local Pickup / Craft Fair Sales
All sales made in person at markets or events are final, but we are always happy to address any concerns.
